Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Mobinuity ("we", "us", "our") handles your information when you use any game or app published by Mobinuity or Mobinuity Games (each an "App") on the Amazon Appstore, Google Play, the Apple App Store or any other store. It is a single policy that applies to all of our Apps. Where an individual App has its own dedicated privacy page, that page adds to this policy and applies to that App as well.
1. The short version
- No accounts, no sign-up and no email collection in our games.
- Your progress, coins, unlocks and settings are stored locally on your device.
- Premium (paid) games contain no ads and no in-app purchases.
- Free versions of some Apps may show ads served by Google AdMob.
- Some Apps use Google Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics so we can fix bugs and see which features are used.
- We never sell personal data.
2. Data stored on your device
Game progress such as unlocked levels, vehicles, characters, coins, high scores, language and sound settings is saved only on your device in the App's private storage. We operate no game servers and we cannot read this data. Deleting the App deletes it.
3. Analytics and crash reports
Some Apps include Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services may collect a random installation identifier, device model, operating system version, language, country derived from your IP address, app version, session length, screens visited and crash logs. This information is aggregated and used only to understand how the App is used and to fix crashes. How Google processes this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Advertising (free versions only)
Free versions of some Apps show ads served by Google AdMob and its partner networks. Ad networks may use your device advertising identifier and coarse location derived from your IP address to show and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you will be shown a consent form on first launch, and you can play with non-personalized ads if you decline. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.
Premium editions of our games are sold at a single price and contain no ads and no advertising SDK requests.
5. Purchases
Purchases are processed by the store you downloaded the App from (Amazon, Google or Apple). We never receive your payment details, name or store account credentials. Refunds are handled by the store according to its policies.
6. Permissions
Our Apps request only the permissions they need to run, typically network access (for analytics, ads in free versions and store links), the ability to keep the screen awake during play and vibration for haptic feedback. We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location.
7. Links to other services
Apps may contain links to our store page, to rate the App, or to this policy. Those destinations are governed by their own privacy policies.
8. Children
Our games are made for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). Premium editions collect no personal data at all. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Data retention and security
Because we hold no copy of your game data, there is nothing for us to export or erase on our side. Analytics data held by Google is retained according to Google's retention settings, typically no longer than 14 months, and is stored on Google's servers protected by industry standard security.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Since we do not identify you, the practical way to exercise these rights is to delete the App, reset your advertising identifier in your device settings, or contact us at the address below.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of an App after changes constitutes acceptance.
