Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Mobinuity ("we", "us", "our") handles your information when you use Volmy : Volume & Soundboard (the "App"). We believe in short, honest privacy policies. Here's exactly what we do — and, just as important, what we don't.
1. The short version
- No accounts, no sign-up, no email collection.
- Your presets and favorites are stored only on your device — we operate no servers that hold your data.
- The App is free and supported by ads (Google AdMob).
- We don't sell personal data. Ever.
2. Data you put into the App
Your volume presets, favorite sounds, and effect settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard app storage. They are never transmitted to Mobinuity — the App has no account system and we run no backend for it. Deleting the App deletes this data.
3. Advertising
Volmy is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob:
- On first launch you'll be asked for consent — App Tracking Transparency on all devices, plus a GDPR consent form in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.
- If you allow tracking, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show more relevant ads.
- If you decline, you keep every feature of the App and ads are simply non-personalized.
- Ad identifiers and coarse ad-interaction data are handled entirely by Google's SDK; your presets and favorites are never shared with advertisers.

4. One configuration request
On launch the App fetches a small configuration file from our website (this page's domain) to know whether advertising should be active. That request contains no personal data and no identifiers — it is an ordinary anonymous HTTPS download, like loading any web page.
5. What we don't collect
No contact details, no location, no microphone access, no browsing history, no contacts, no photos, no analytics profiles tied to you. The App contains no analytics SDK beyond the advertising SDK described in section 3.
6. Your choices and rights
- Reset tracking permission: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Delete your data: delete the App — everything it stored goes with it.
Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing for us to export or erase on our side — your device is the only place it lives.
7. Children
Volmy is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
